This policy document outlines a strategic roadmap to restructure Bangladesh’s education system, shifting from an exam-centric model to a ‘Design-First’ approach. With the goal of preparing the youth for the 2030 workforce and the 4th Industrial Revolution, the research identifies critical gaps in infrastructure, digital equity, and skill relevance. It emphasizes the urgency of developing critical thinking, digital literacy, and creative problem-solving to leverage Bangladesh’s demographic dividend and achieve upper-middle-income status by 2031.
